Under its high economic growth, Indonesia is a market with a prospective future. Not only as a production base for the manufacturing industry, but expectations are also high for it to be a promising consumer market. The background for this is its population of 240 million people with a high growth rate, complemented with its middle-income class which is also still growing.

  During the past few years, Japanese companies from a number of industrial sectors have been making inroads, opening up and expanding their business here, and along with it, local companies are also continuing to expand their business.
Our company made its advance to Indonesia with the intention to support the occupational duties that sustain the business promotion and growth of such companies with IT systems.

We are receiving many consultation requests from our customers, ranging from the IT systemization of basic business tasks such as “basic accounting, HR and payroll”, to the IT systemization of core business that forms the root and the trunk of the growth of the company’s business in each kind of industrial sectors (manufacturing industry, financial business, service industry, distribution and logistics).

We have built a substantive development framework in this country through the capital investment to PT. SAKURA SYSTEM SOLUTIONS in 2015.
In addition, our parent company (HQ) is the “NS Solutions Corporation”, the IT system company of “Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation”, the largest iron and steel company in the world. We also have other operational bases in Asia: in China, Singapore, and Thailand, enabling us to achieve good coordination between each operational base.
We have every intention of making a leap forward with these elements.

All directors, statutory, auditors, officers and employees of NS Solutions Corporation and its subsidiaries (the “NSSOL Group” or the “Group”) shall comply with this Global Code of Business Conduct (this “Code”). For the purposes of this Code, each director, statutory auditor, officer and employee of the NSSOL Group is referred to as a “Member.”

  1. We conduct our business in a manner that respects the rights and dignity of all people, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and with the highest ethical standards. We develop and deliver high-quality services that contribute to society, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and enhancing their trust in us.
  2. We promote fair and free competition and ensure that our transactions are appropriate. We maintain healthy and fair relationships with political and administrative bodies and business partners.
  3. We protect and respect intellectual property and create new value through innovative technologies and solutions.

  7. We have no relationships with so-called antisocial forces (i.e., groups or individuals pursuing economic gains by means of violence, threat or fraudulent means) and stand resolute against undue demands.
  8. We comply with the laws and regulations of the relevant countries and regions and respect global norms and standards, as well as local cultures and customs, in conducting our businesses.
  9. We abide by this Code and shall establish a system to ensure its full implementation. In the event of a violation of this Code, we will act promptly to identify the cause thereof and to take measures to prevent a reoccurrence and fulfill accountability requirements.
